Absolutely love this place! Ordered here a few times and they always get it right. Plus the drivers are so incredibly friendly. They also have the No Contact option and that's honestly the best thing ever. They dont even have a huge delivery fee like every other service. House options are just above and beyond. All good things.
They're a good service and they have only been late one time (and that time I got a discount.) I love being able to get food from dozens of restaurants delivered to my house. It's an extra 5 bucks, but since I don't drive, it's cheaper than taking an Uber. Definitely recommend.

I had a dispute about my charge. I was completely irritated and assumed it was fraud..after a few days of investigating from my bank (they reversed charges) come to find out it was actually all My Fault! Here I am embarrassed yet grateful how graceful and understanding the owner was to my own mistake. I use dine over other delivery options because of their speed of service and kindness. We have used Dine In service several times during this pandemic. The food has been delivered as ordered from the restaurants and the drivers are very courteous and friendly. I'm sure we will continue to use them even after life returns to normal. Great job Josh and staff!
This place is amazing. They are rarely late. What people don't understand is the driver can only deliver as fast as the restaurants give them their food. I've used them many times, they are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable all the way around. I highly recommend the service to everybody.

I have ordered several times, and have always gotten exactly what I ordered. If an item I ordered wasn't available, I've gotten calls to determine what I'd like instead, which was very appreciated. I've always gotten my food delivered within the given time frame listed, and drivers complied with my requests for no contact delivery so I know when my food has arrived. I do wish there were more restaurants available to order from, but hoping the options expand in time. Overall pretty happy with my experiences so far!
Shopping local really pays in this instance! I don't trust grubhub, Uber eats, etc and have had some really sketchy experiences, they don't vet their drivers and they seem unsanitary, don't pick up your food unless the tip is insanely high, and food arrives cold. But I use dinein monthly, usually several times, to send meals to families who have had babies or surgeries, etc. from our church, as well as occasionally for a special treat for our own family. I have NEVER had a bad experience in probably over a hundred orders. I've had occasions where a restaurant cooked something wrong, but this is not the delivery services fault! The drivers are always polite and professional, and they call you if there is any issue with something not in at the restaurant or if an address cannot be found. Once I was on the phone several times trying to find someone's address that was given to me wrong, and they were so helpful in finding the right place and getting the food to them in time. Love their specials every month as well!
I genuinely appreciate this service. They differ substantially from other online food ordering services in that they accept cash and have very limited "fast food" availability... they do support a few chains but most of their menu options are for unique, local establishments. I have used dineinonline for about 5 years somewhat regularly and have had zero negative experiences with them or any of their drivers.
